Artificial intelligence is transforming how we think, work, learn, create, and make decisions. The central question is no longer simply what AI can do. It is what AI will do to us, and what we will become through our relationship with it.
The AI Humanist Movement advocates a future in which artificial intelligence expands human capability, dignity, creativity, and opportunity rather than diminishing them.

The Choice Before Us
AI offers two very different possibilities. We can use it to deepen our understanding, strengthen independent judgment, and develop new capabilities. Or we can surrender more and more of our thinking to machines and gradually lose the abilities that make us independently capable.
Our work examines that choice through Human-AI Cognitive Co-evolution (HACC) and Human-AI Cognitive Outsourcing (HACO).
